摘要
采用服务型企业调查数据实证揭示了道德认同在企业承担与员工相关的社会责任影响组织公民行为机制中的作用。研究表明,企业社会责任是一种获取组织公民行为的重要员工治理工具,员工内化(表征)道德认同在其关系中具有显著的调节(中介)作用,研究对深入理解企业社会责任战略投资的作用具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。
This study uses the data from service business to investigate role of moral identity in the mechanism on how employee-related corporate social responsibility(CSR) influences organizational citizenship behavior(OCB). The results show that companies use CSR as an employee governance tool to increase employees' OCB, employees' moral identity internalization (symbolization) has significant moderating (mediating) effect on the relationship between CSR and OCB. These findings enrich our understanding about the implications of strategic CSR investment.
