摘要 该文以某雷管厂的基础雷管自动装填生产线控制系统工程项目为背景,阐述了基础雷管生产工艺流程和控制原理,设计了控制系统的硬件组成方案,采用西门子组态软件Win CC和Step7V5.5软件,开发了基础雷管自动装填生产线控制系统。该系统具有安全联锁、药剂自动回收、自动补药、药高自动在线检测、废品剔除、产品自动收集等功能,提高了生产线的安全性,减轻了劳动强度。 In this paper, a control system project of the automatic filling production line of basic detonators in one detonator factory as background, the production process and control principle of basic detonator are described and hardware structure of control system is designed. In addition, the control system of automatic filling production line of basic detonator is developed using Siemens configuration software WinCC and Step7 V5.5 software. The system has the functions of safety interlock, automatic recovery of pharmaceuticals, automatic tonic, automatic online testing of drug level, waste removal, automatic product collection and other functions to improve the safety of the production line, reducing labor intensity .
