摘要
为充分利用甘蔗梢资源,采用两因素随机区组试验设计,选用6—8月龄湖羊270只(平均体重为22.64±1.73kg),在甘蔗梢中分别添加尿素(0.6%)、秸秆+米糠(10%+10%)、甲酸(0.6%)和NaCl(0.5%)进行青贮,以直贮为对照组,并比较A组(50%精料+50%青贮料)、B组(35%精料+65%青贮料)和C组(20%精料+80%青贮料)不同精粗比饲喂湖羊的生产性能及经济效益。结果表明:1)青贮料饲喂湖羊对其日增重和饲料转化率的影响依次为0.6%尿素>10%玉米秸秆+10%米糠>0.6%甲酸>0.5%NaCl>直贮;对日采食量的影响依次为0.5%NaCl>直贮>0.6%甲酸>0.6%尿素>10%玉米秸秆+10%米糠。其中0.6%尿素组中B组饲喂效果最好,显著高于A组和C组(P<0.05);10%玉米秸秆+10%米糠中B组饲喂效果最好,显著高于A组和C组(P<0.05);0.6%甲酸组中C组的饲喂效果最好,显著高于A组和B组(P<0.05);0.5%NaCl处理组中A组的效果显著高于B组和C组(P<0.05)。2)对其生产经济效益的影响依次为0.6%尿素>直贮>0.5%NaCl>10%玉米秸秆+10%米糠>0.6%甲酸。
Four kinds of silage are composed of sugarcane top with four different additives (0.6 % urea, 10% cornstalk + 10% rice bran, 0. 6% formic acid and 0. 5% NaCl respectively. The production performance and economic benefit of 270 Hu Sheep with 6-8 months old (22.64 ±1.73 kg average body weight) fed with 50% concentrate feed -k 50% silage (Group A ), 35% concentrate feed + 65% silage (Group B) and 20% concentrate feed + 80% silage (Group C) respectively are compared by using a two- factor randomized block design to screen the sugarcane top processing technology with a good economic benefit and the optimum silage to concentrate ratio for Hu Sheep breeding. Results: The effects of different silage on daily gain and feed conversion rate of Hu Sheep are sugarcane top + 0. 6% urea〉 sugarcane top + 10% cornstalk + 10% rice bran 〉 sugarcane top +0. 6% formic acid 〉sugarcane top + 0.5% NaCl 〉 direct sugarcane top silage. The effect of different silage on daily feed intake of Hu Sheep is sugarcane top + 0. 5% NaCl〉 direct sugarcane top silage + sugarcane top + 0. 6% formic acid 〉sugarcane top + 0.6% urea 〉 sugarcane top + 10% cornstalk + 10% rice bran. In the treatment of sugarcane top + 0.6% urea, the feeding effect of Hu Sheep fed with 35% concentrate feed + 65% silage (Group B) is significantly higher than Group A and Group C, in the treatment of sugarcane top + 10% cornstalk + 10% rice bran, the feeding effect of Hu Sheep fed with 35% concentrate feed + 65% silage (Group B) is significantly higher than Group A and Group C. In the treatment of sugarcane top + 0.6% formic acid, the feeding effect of Hu Sheep fed with 20% concentrate feed + 80% silage (Group C) is higher than Group A and Group B significantly. In the treatment of sugarcane top + 0.5 % NaCl, the feeding effect of Hu Sheep fed with 50% concentrate feed + 50% silage (Group A ) is higher than Group B and Group C significantly. 2) The effect of different five silage on production economic benefit of Hu Sheep breeding is sugarcane top + 0.6% urea 〉 direct sugarcane top silage 〉 sugarcane top + 0.5% NaCl 〉 sugarcane top + 10% cornstalk + 10% rice bran 〉 sugarcane top + 0.6% formic acid.
