摘要
以PLC为控制器,触摸屏作为人机界面,利用伺服和气动技术实现冲压过程送料精确定位控制,设计了一套钣金件冲压自动工作装置的控制系统。将其用于钣金件的冲压加工中,使企业在扩大生产中得以简化模具结构,缩小模具尺寸,并改用小型冲压机,节省了生产成本,实现了冲压送料过程的自动化,达到了企业的技改要求。
A set of automatic control system for punching process of sheet metal parts is designed in this article. In this sys- tem, the PLC is used as the controller, and the touch screen as the man-machine interface, precise positioning control of feeding could be realized by using the servo and pneumatic technology. The system is then applied to the sheet metal punching process so as to enable the enterprises to simplify the mould structure, reduce the size of mould, and use a smaller punch to save the production cost. Meanwhile, it could realize the automation of the whole process. Thus it meets the technical transfor- mation of the enterprises.
