摘要 为降低真丝精练废水的处理成本,采用絮凝沉淀法对其进行预处理,讨论了不同絮凝剂的处理效果。结果表明:单用聚合氯化铝时,絮凝形成的沉淀小而松散,无法直接滤除;单用阳离子聚丙烯酰胺时,絮凝形成的沉淀结实易过滤,但COD去除率仅为7.5%;用聚合氯化铝和阳离子聚丙酰胺复配处理时,絮凝形成的沉淀结实易过滤,COD去除率可达到71%。 In order to reduce the treatment cost of silk scouring wastewater, flocculation precipitate method was adopted for pretreatment, and the effects of different floeeulants were discussed. The results show that the precipitation formed by flocculation in case only polyaluminum chloride is adopted is small and loose and cannot be directly filtered out ; the precipitation formed by flocculation in case only cationic polyacrylamide is adopted is solid and easily filtered out, but the removal rate of COD is only 7.5%; in case that polyaluminum chloride and cationic polyacrylamide are adopted for compounded treatment, the precipitate formed by flocculation is solid and easy to filter out, and the removal rate of COD can reach up to 71%.
