摘要
目的:分析手术室护士感染暴露相关影响因素,通过对手术室感染暴露因素的分析,提出相应的护理预防措施,为降低护士手术室感染暴露提供一定参考。方法:回顾性选取本院手术室护士27例为调查对象,根据调查对象有无感染情况进行分组,将产生手术室护士暴露感染的11例归为感染组,另16例没有手术室感染的护士归为未感染组。通过探讨手术室护士职业暴露经常遇到的具体情况和相关危险因素,制定合理预防计划。结果:感染组的传递锐器时刺伤、电离辐射损伤、整理锐器时刺伤、有毒性微粒吸入、手术刀坠下扎伤、术区血液喷溅、各种气溶胶造成环境污染与未感染组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Logistic回归证实,术区血液喷溅、各种气溶胶造成环境污染、传递锐器时刺伤、有毒性微粒吸入、手术刀坠下扎伤、电离辐射损伤、整理锐器时刺伤均为手术室护士感染暴露危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:手术室护士职业暴露相关影响因素主要为电离辐射损伤、传递锐器时刺伤、术区血液喷溅、手术刀坠下扎伤、整理锐器时刺伤和有毒性微粒吸入等,通过逐一对症预防可显著降低手术室护士人员暴露感染的风险。
Objective：To analyze the influencing factors of nurse infection in operating room and put forward corresponding nursing precautions.Method：27 nurses in the operating room of our hospital were chosen for retrospective study,according to the infection status of the subjects,they were divided into two groups,11 nurses of exposed infection in operation room were classified as the infection group,and 16 nurses without operating room infection were classified as the uninfected group.By discussing the specific circumstances and related risk factors that nurses in the operating roomoccupational exposure often encountered,developed a reasonable prevention plan.Result：The transfer of sharp stab,radiation injury,stab finishing of sharp particles,toxic inhalation,falling knife stabbed,postoperative blood spatter,various aerosols cause environmental pollution of the infection groupwere compared with uninfected group,the differences were not statistically significant（P〈0.05）.By Logistic regression analysis confirmed that the operation area of blood spatter,various aerosols cause environmental pollution,transfer of sharp stab particles,toxic inhalation,falling knife stabbed,radiation injury,finishing sharp injuries of nurses in the operation room were exposed to infection risk factors（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Occupational exposure of the nurses in the operating room is mainly related to ionizing radiation injury,stabbing when transmitting sharp instruments,blood splashing in operation area,stabbing by fallen scalpel,poisoning inhalation of sharp particles and so on,one by one symptomatic prevention can significantly reduce the exposed risk of infection in operating room nurses.
