摘要
目的:探讨人本位整体护理在助产护理教学中的应用和效果。方法:采取随机抽样的方法,将山西医科大学汾阳学院2012级助产班65名学生,随机分为对照组(n=30)和试验组(n=35),对照组采用传统的教学实习方法,试验组采用人本位整体护理的教学实习方法,结束后发放问卷进行调查。结果:试验组护生关怀能力自评量表总分为(204.63±6.42)分、护生关怀行为自评量表总分为(107.42±8.57)分、患者人文关怀满意度总分为(81.38±10.20)分,均高于对照组的(186.43±12.47)、(101.78±10.58)、(76.48±7.52)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将人本位整体护理教学应用于助产护理教学中,可以提高护生的人文关怀理念,提高患者的满意度。
Objective:To explore the application and effects of humanism holistic nursing in midwifery nursing teaching.Method:By random sampling,65 students in grade 2012 midwifery class of Fenyang College of Shanxi Medical University were randomly divided into the control group(n=30) and the experimental group(n=35),the control group used the traditional teaching method,the experimental group used the standard humanism holistic nursing teaching method,after the end of the questionnaire issued for investigation.Result:The experimental group of nursing students caring ability of self rating scale score was(204.63±6.42)points,self rating scale score for nursing students caring behavior was(107.42±8.57) points,humane care of patient satisfaction in score was(81.38±10.20)points,which were higher than(186.43±12.47)points,(101.78±10.58)points,(76.48±7.52)points of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanism holistic nursing instruction in midwifery nursing teaching can improve the humanistic care concept of nursing students and improve their satisfaction.
