集成电路制造实施SAP备件有效控制的办法

摘要 集成电路芯片制造的设备价格昂贵,如果把一台生产设备整机拆零成备件再分别按各个独立备件去采购,装回成设备,这个成本要远远大于采购整台设备的价格。归根到底,芯片制造行业的备件控制,一直是个管理的难点,也是对集成电路制造业者的挑战,因为备件的消耗占据了运营成本中的很大部分。这是作者在集成电路制造生产线上长期的实践,以SAP协同内部电子流程,实现备件的有效控制,为集成电路制造业的同行提供了备件控制的参考新思路。 The equipment in integrated circuit chip manufacturing is expensive, if spare parts of a production equipment are dismounted into separate parts according to purchase and put back into the equipment, the cost is far greater than the purchase price of the equipment. In the final analysis, spare parts control in the chip manufacturing industry has always been a difficult management and also a challenge for IC manufacturers, because the spare parts consumption occupies a large part of the operating costs. This is the production line of integrated circuit in practice for several years, in which SAP internal electronic collaborative process realizes the effective control of spare parts, provides a new way to control the spare parts manufacturing industry as reference IC counterparts.
