摘要 位移、温度、应力、振动、计数是机械物理量中五个重要的参数.传统的测量方式需要用不同的检测装置测量不同的物理量,而且精度不高,操作不方便.为此,基于虚拟仪器研制一种包括位移、温度、应力、振动、计数在内的面向多对象的测量分析仪器.系统以LabVIEW为软件开发平台,结合各种传感器、数据采集卡及计算机搭建系统硬件平台,并通过SolidWorks软件完成仪器整体结构图的绘制,实现数据测量功能.实验结果表明,该仪器测量操作方便、精度较高,具有较强的实用性. Displacement, temperature, stress, vibration and counting are five important parameters in mechanical physical quantities. The traditional measurement methods need to use different detection devices to measure different physical quantities, and it usually goes with an inaccurate result and inconvenient operation. Therefore, based on virtual instrument, a multi- object measuring and analyzing in- strument including displacement, temperature, stress, vibration and counting is developed. The system takes LabVIEW as software development platform to build a system hardware platform with a variety of sensors, data acquisition card and a computer, and through the SolidWorks software it draws the instrument overall structure which realizes the data measurement function. The experimental results show that the instrument has the advantages of convenient operation, high precision and strong practicability.
