精益管理在心血管专科手术室护理质量管理中的应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨精益管理在心血管专科手术室护理质量管理中的应用效果,为精益管理在心血管专科手术室护理质量管理中的应用提供理论依据。方法:选取2014年5月至2015年5月在医院接受治疗的70例心血管疾病患者和20名心血管专科手术室护理人员作为对照组,手术室护理管理中未实施精益管理,选取2015年6月至2016年6月在医院接受治疗的70例心血管疾病患者和20名心血管专科手术室护理人员作为观察组,手术室护理管理中实施精益管理,两组护理人员相同.分析比较两组手术室各项护理质量评分情况、术后手术评分、患者满意度、护理人员满意度情况。结果:观察组护士洗手质量、护士巡回质量、患者体位摆放、仪器操作质量、护理文书、隔离消毒质量,护理安全质量、护理服务质量的护理质量评分相比于对照组,观察组明显要更高,观察组术后手术评分、患者满意度,护理人员满意度分别为(99.24±0.26)分、100%、95%,相比于对照组的(90.24±1.23)分、88.57%、85%,观察组明显要更高,组间比较差异显著,具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:精益管理在心血管专科手术室护理质量管理中的应用效果显著,心血管专科手术室的整体护理质量得到了显著的提升,心血管专科手术效果及患者的预后得到了显著的提高,值得推广应用。 Objective :To study the lean management in cardiovascular specialist application effect in the operating room nursing quality management, for the lean management in cardiovascular specialist application provide theoretical basis for the operating room nursing quality management. Selection methods: in May 2014 to May 2015 in the hospital for treatment of 70 cases of cardiovascular disease and 20 patients with cardiovascular specialist in the operating room nursing staff as the control group, not the implementation of lean management in the operating room nursing management, selection of June 2015 - June 2016 in the hospital for treatment of 70 cases of cardiovascular disease and 20 patients with cardiovascular specialist operating room nursing staff as observation group, the implementation of lean management in the operating room nursing management, nursing staff is the same in both groups, compared two groups in the operating room nursing quality grading, the grading operation, patients satisfaction, nursing staff satisfaction. Results: observation group tour quality of nurses to wash their hands, the nurse quality and patient position placement, instrument operation quality, quality of nursing documents, isolation, disinfection, nursing safety quality, the quality of nursing service quality score compared with the control group, the observation group is significantly higher, the observation group postoperative satisfaction ratings, surgery patients, nursing staff satisfaction (99.24 ± 0.26), respectively, 100%,95%, compared with the control group (90,24± 1.23) points, 88.57%, 85%, and observation group is significantly higher, more significant difference between groups, statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions: lean management application in cardiovascular specialist operating room nursing quality management effect is remarkable, cardiovascular specialist surgery significantly enhance the overall quality of care, effect and the prognosis of patients with cardiovascular surgery has been significantly improved, is worthy of popularization and application.
