摘要
目的：研究人文关怀在风湿性心脏病ICU护理中的应用。方法：取2016年1月-2017年1月我院风湿性心脏病ICU患者总共72例，对照组实施常规护理，35例。实验组实施人文关怀，37例。结果：实验组的各项指标显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：人文关怀在凤湿性心脏病ICU护理中应用效果好，可推广使用。
Objective ：To study the application of humanistic care in ICU nursing. Methods： A total of 72 patients with ICU were enrolled in our hospital from january 2017 to Ianuary 2017, and 35 patients were enrolled in the control group. The experimental group implemented humanistic care, 37 cases. Resutts： The indexes of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Humanistic care is effective in ICU care and can be used.
