羧基聚苯乙烯荧光微球的制备及其溶胀机制 被引量:3

摘要 采用无皂乳液聚合法合成了系列不同表面羧基密度的单分散聚苯乙烯微球,然后以疏水性荧光染料NBD与亲水性荧光染料ICG为原料,通过溶胀法制备了2种聚苯乙烯荧光微球。通过粒度分析仪、扫描电子显微镜以及荧光光谱对其形貌和特性进行了表征。在此基础上,研究了表面羧基密度对2种微球荧光特性的影响,进而提出了相应的溶胀机制。实验结果表明,微球表面羧基密度对2种荧光分子的溶胀行为有着截然不同的影响。 Via soap-free emulsion polymerization,carboxyl monodispersed polystyrene microspheres with different carboxyl density were firstly synthesized.Then using hydrophobic fluorescent dye NBD and hydrophilic fluorescent dye ICG as raw materials,two kinds of fluorescent polystyrene microspheres were prepared through swelling method.Analyses of SEM,along with DLS and fluorescence spectroscopy were used to study morphology and properties of the fluorescence polystyrene microspheres.On the basis,the effect of carboxyl content on the two kinds of fluorescent microspheres was investigated and corresponding swelling mechanism was further proposed.The experimental results indicated that the carboxyl density of microsphere surface has quite different impact on the swelling behavior of two fluorescent molecules.
