摘要
[主要目的]分析不同类型中医体质BMI、肺活量差异。[资料来源]在佛山市南海区义工服务队义工成年志愿者,填写问卷表。体质类型由2名副主任中医师以上临床医生确定。[选择文献量及依据](1)研究类型:问卷调查。(2)研究对象:年龄20~39岁;调查期间未患疾病;知情同意,签署知情同意书。排除体质辨证不清。[数据提炼规则及应用方法]采用SPSS20.0统计软件,按中医体质分组,统计各组身体质量指数(BMI)、肺活量(VC),计量资料采用均值±标准差(x±s)表示,计数资料采用χ~2检验。[数据综合得出结果与结论]身体质量指数(BMI):气虚质、气郁质明显低于平和质(P<0.01),痰湿质明显高于平和质(P<0.05);其余8种体质均低于痰湿质人群(P<0.01);气虚质、气郁质明显低于湿热质(P<0.05),痰湿质明显高于湿热质(P<0.01);气虚质、气郁质明显低于阳虚质(P<0.05),痰湿质明显高于阳虚质(P<0.05);湿热质、阳虚质、气虚质、气郁质、特凛质、瘀血质、阴虚质明显低于气虚质(P<0.01);平和质明显高于气郁质(P<0.05);痰湿质明显高于特禀质(P<0.05);痰湿质明显高于瘀血质(P<0.05);痰湿质明显高于阴虚质(P<0.01)。肺活量(VC):气虚质、气郁质明显低于平和质(P<0.01);气虚质、气郁质、特禀质明显低于湿热质(P<0.05);阳虚质、气虚质、气郁质、特禀质、瘀血质明显高于气郁质人群(P<0.01);湿热质明显高于阳虚质(P<0.01);平和质、痰湿质、湿热质、阴虚质明显高于气虚质(P<0.01);平和质、痰湿质、湿热质明显高于气郁质(P<0.01);平和质、痰湿质、湿热质明显高于特禀质(P<0.01);湿热质明显高于瘀血质(P<0.01);气虚质明显低于阴虚质(P<0.01)。[未来展望]扩大样本量,拓展研究范围,探讨干预不同体质身体质量指数(BMI)、肺活量(VC)影响机理,提高治未病效率。
[Objective] To analyze the difference between BMI and VC for different types of constitution of TCM. [Date source] The questionnaires filled by adult volunteers from Nanhai Voluntary Service in Foshan. The constitutional types were determined by 2 clinicians above the grade of deputy director of traditional Chinese medicine. [Selection of literature amount and basis] 1. Study type: questionnaire survey. 2. Object of study: people aged from 20 to 39; people not suffered illness during the inquiry period; people signing informed consent. Ambiguous constitution was excluded. [Data extraction rule and application method] With adoption of SPSS20.0 statistical software, according to grouping of constitution of TCM, BMI and VC of all groups were counted. The measurement data were expressed by mean value _+ standard deviation (-~ ~ s) and enumeration data by Z2 test. [Comprehensive result and conclusion from data] Body mass index (BMI): Constitution of Qi-asthenia and constitution of Qi-stagnation were obviously lower than constitution of Yin- yang harmony (P〈0.01), and constitution of phlegm-dampness was obviously higher than constitution of yin-yang harmony (P〈0.05); the other 8 constitutions were all lower than constitution of phlegm-dampness group (P〈0.01); constitution of Qi-asthenia and constitution of Qi-stagnation were obviously lower than constitution of damp-heat (P〈0.05), and constitution of phlegm-dampness was obviously higher than constitution of damp-heat (P〈0.01); constitution of Qi-asthenia and constitution of Qi-stagnation were obviously lower than constitution of Yang asthenia (P〈0.05), and constitution of phlegm-dampness was obviously higher than constitution of Yang asthenia (P〈0.05); constitution of damp-heat, constitution of Yang asthenia, constitution of Qi-asthenia, constitution of Qi-stagnation, allergic constitution, constitution of blood stasis and constitution of Yin asthenia were obviously lower than constitution of Qi-asthenia (P 〈0.01); constitution of Yin-yang harmony was obviously higher than constitution of Qi-stagnation (P〈 0.05); constitution of phlegm-dampness was obviously higher than allergic constitution (P〈0.05); constitution of phlegm-dampness was obviously higher than constitution of blood stasis (P〈0.05); constitution of phlegmdampness was obviously higher than constitution of Yin asthenia (P〈0.01). Vital capacity (VC): constitution of Qi-asthenia and constitution of Qi-stagnation were obviously lower than constitution of Yin-yang harmony (P〈0.O1); constitution of Qi-asthenia, constitution of Qi-stagnation and allergic constitution were obviously lower than constitution of damp-heat (P〈0.05); constitution of Yang asthenia, constitution of Qi-asthenia, constitution of Qi-stagnation, allergic constitution and constitution of blood stasis were obviously higher than constitution of Qi-stagnation group (P〈0.01); constitution of damp-heat was obviously higher than constitution of Yang asthenia (P〈0.01); constitution of Yin-yang harmony, constitution of phlegm-dampness, constitution of damp-heat and constitution of Yin asthenia were obviously higher than constitution of Qi asthenia (P〈0.01); constitution of Yin-yang harmony, constitution of phlegm-dampness and constitution of damp-heat were obviously higher than constitution of Qi-stagnation (P〈0.01); constitution of Yin-yang harmony, constitution of phlegm-dampness and constitution of damp-heat were obviously higher than allergic constitution (P〈0.01); constitution of damp-heat was obviously higher than constitution of blood stasis (P 〈0.01); constitution of Qi-asthenia was obviously lower than constitution of Yin asthenia (P〈0.01). [Future prospect] To enlarge sample capacity, expand range of study, discuss influence mechanisms that interfere BMI and VC for different constitutions and hence improve the efficiency of preventive treatment of disease.
