摘要
论文分析了中国水产养殖产业集群的发展形态,当前主要是横向集聚型和纵向集聚型两种类型,水产养殖集群的形态演变遵循从横向集聚到纵向集聚到协同创新集聚的动态规律。本文进一步构建水产养殖产业集群阶段演变模型,分析各阶段演变的影响因素,表明水产养殖产业集群发展演变主要经历两个过程,在从横向集聚向纵向集聚演变的过程中,资源、制度等硬件因素占主导地位,在从纵向集聚向协同创新集聚演变的过程中,人才、文化等软件因素占主导地位。当前,我国水产养殖产业集群的形态演变还是处于从横向集聚向纵向集聚的转变过程中。实现从追求资源经济效益到生态社会效益的转变,是水产养殖产业集群进一步发展的方向。
This paper analyzes the development pattern of aquaculture industry cluster in China, mainly including horizontal agglomeration and vertical agglomeration. Aquaculture industry cluster in China follows the dynamic evolution rule from horizontal to vertical to collaborative innovation agglomeration. We construct the stage evolution model of aquaculture industry cluster and also analyze the impact factors. The evolution of aquaculture industry cluster mainly undergoes two processes. In the first process, resource, system and other hardware factors are dominant, in the second process, talent, culture and other software factors are dominant. To achieve the transformation from pursuing resource-economic benefit to ecological-social benefit is the further development direction of the aquaculture industry cluster in China.
