摘要
目的探讨血液透析患者红细胞分布宽度(RDW)与透析低血压(IDH)发生次数及心血管事件的关系。方法选取2014年7月-2015年7月在本院血液透析中心行维持性透析的患者120例作为研究对象,根据患者透析期间是否出现心血管事件分为发生心血管事件的观察组21例和未发生心血管事件的对照组99例,记录2组患者低血压和红细胞分布宽度,采用Logistic回归模型探讨红细胞分布宽度和透析中低血压对透析患者心血管事件的预测价值。结果观察组患者红细胞分布宽度、低血压事件例数高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果提示RDW、IDH是血液透析患者心血管事件的独立风险因素(P<0.05)。结论血液中红细胞分布宽度与心血管事件密切相关,是心血管事件发生的独立危险因素。
Objective To study the relationship of blood pressure and cardiovascular events with red blood cell distribution width in hemodialysis patients. Methods 120 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients were selected from July 2014 to July 2015 as the research objects in our hospital hemodialysis center, according to whether the cardiovascular events happened or not, the research objects were divided into the observation group (21 cases) and the control group without cardiovascular events (99 cases) , recording two groups of patients' hypotension and red cell distribution width, using logistic regression model to in- vestigate the predictive value of red cell distribution width and dialysis hypotension on cardiovascular events in dialysis patients. Results The red cell distribution width and the number of low blood pressure in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, with the differences statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Logistic regression analysis showed that RDW and IDH are independent risk factors for cardiovascular events in hemodialysis patients. Conclusion The distribution of red blood cells in blood is closely related to cardiovascular events, which is an independent risk factor for cardiovascular events.
