Application of the Storm Water Management Model on Urban Planning and Construction

摘要 随着城市化进程的加快,极端降雨的频繁发生,城区的排水设计标准偏低,以及传统的雨洪计算方法不足,城市地区暴雨内涝现象频发。借助ArcGIS数据处理工具,基于暴雨洪水管理模型(storm water management model,SWMM)对正在规划建设的河南开封运粮河项目区的雨水管网系统进行了概化,模拟了多种情景下的城区规划雨水管网系统运行状况,分析了不同雨型和重现期暴雨情景及不同城市化水平下的规划区暴雨内涝情况,并采取低影响开发(LID)设施对研究区的雨洪控制利用效果进行了模拟与评估。结果表明,SWMM可以对规划方案进行初步校核,在规划区具有良好的适用性。ArcGIS在模型数据提取及参数确定过程中可以有效减少建模工作量,从而提高建模效率。低影响开发措施的合理应用可以有效控制城市洪水,从而在一定程度上提高城市抵抗大暴雨能力。 Urban rainstorm waterlogging occurs frequently because of rampant urban development, extreme rainfall,and inadequate urban drainage design standards. The traditional calculation method for rain flood is ineffective. This paper,based on SWMM and using Arc GIS data processing,rainwater drainage network system in Yunliang-River of Kaifeng City was generalized and simulated with various scenario; waterlogging situation from different period rainfall,different rainfall patterns and different level of urbanization in the existing drainage network system on the planning condition were analyzed; the effect of control heavy rain using LID was simulated and evaluated. The results show that SWMM could be adopted in preliminary verifying for planning and gain a good applicability. Arc GIS effectively reduced the modeling work in data extraction and the parameter determination process,so as to improve the modeling efficiency. Rational applying LID measures could effectively control urban flood and improve regional storm drainage system to manage rainstorm.
