摘要
为了更好地引导出行者采用绿色公交出行,缓解日益严峻的交通拥堵,提升公交网络的服务水平刻不容缓.多模式公交包含地铁、快速公交和普通公交,因此,基于IC卡提取个体出行链数据,确定研究线路及区域,计算区域的站点覆盖率,结合车辆满载率、行程时间的相对可靠性评价多模式公交的相对可靠性.以京冀四大住宅区到国贸的出行者为例,对研究线路及区域的相对可靠性进行评级.结果表明:站点覆盖率越高、车内客流量越接近额定载客量、行程时间的相对可靠性指数越高,公交的相对可靠性越好.天通苑、回龙观、通州和燕郊到国贸的公交相对可靠性分别为0.85、0.70、0.50和0.25.多模式公交相对可靠性为公交站点的布设提供了定量化的数据支持.
In order to guide travelers for green public transport,it is pressing to improve the level of public transport network services and ease the increasing serious problem of traffic jam. The multi-mode public transport includes the metro,the bus rapid transit and the ordinary bus. Therefore,the individual travel chain data was extracted based on IC card data. The station coverage ratio,the load factor and the travel time relative reliability were taken as indicators to calculate public transport relative reliability of different bus lines and areas. Then the relative reliability grades from four large living quarters to Guomao in Jing-Ji area were marked. Results show that with the higher station coverage ratio,the more appropriate load factor and the higher travel time relative reliability index,the relative reliability of public transport is better. The relative reliabilities of Tiantongyuan,Huilongguan,Tongzhou and Yanjiao are 0. 85,0. 70,0. 50 and 0. 25 respectively. It provides quantitative data support for station layout of public transport.
