小儿AmbuAuraOnce喉罩置入七氟烷的适宜浓度 被引量：4

摘要 喉罩是小儿临床麻醉中广泛使用的声门上通气道,种类较多,其中AmbuAuraOnce喉罩（简称Ambu喉罩）的管腔弯曲角度接近口咽腔的生理弯曲,置入操作简单,通气套囊密闭性良好,在无肌松情况下可有效正压通气。而且Ambu喉罩为一次性使用,可有效避免交叉感染的并发症。本研究测定了4~10岁小儿置入Ambu喉罩时七氟烷的呼气末半数有效浓度（EC50值）。
