摘要
以典型污染地区鸭儿湖为点源,选择沿季风主导方向的鄂东地区为研究区,探讨有机氯农药(OCPs)污染水平,进行OCPs来源解析及健康风险评价。鸭儿湖周边土壤中OCPs检出率高(89%)、污染广泛存在。六六六(HCHs)含量为0.07~6.60 ng/g,主要组成为γ-HCH,占HCHs总量的32%;滴滴涕(DDTs)含量为0.61~111.2 ng/g,主要组成为p,p'-DDT和p,p'-DDE,分别占DDTs总量的45%和26%。参照国家土壤环境质量标准并与国内其他研究区进行比较发现,鸭儿湖土壤中HCHs污染处于相对较低水平,DDTs污染相对比较严重,应引起足够重视并开展深入研究。来源分析表明该地区存在近期林丹和三氯杀螨醇的使用。采用EPA健康风险模型进行污染物风险评价,结果表明,该研究时期鸭儿湖周边地区OCPs对人体健康存在较小风险。考虑到土壤中OCPs赋存特征以及该研究区OCPs普遍存在,对鸭儿湖周边地区OCPs污染提出预警和风险防范非常必要。
Taking the typical pollution area,Yaer lake as a point source, eastern Hubei province was chosen as study area along the dominant direction of monsoon. Pollution level, source analysis and health risk assessment of organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) were discussed in this research. OCPs in soil around Yaer lake presen-ted high detection rate with 89% and existed extensively. The HCHs concentrations ranged from 0. 07 to 6. 60 ng /g,and the main component was y - HCH accounting for 32% of the total HCHs. The concentrations of DDTs ranged from 0.61 to 111.2 ng/g,£ind the rrmin components were J9,j9r-DDT and J9,j9r-DDE account-ing for 45% and 26% of the total DDTs. According to the National Soil Environment Quality Standard andcompared with other sites in China,the HGHs concentrations stayed in a low pollution level,but the DDTs concentrations were relatively serious, which should be attached enough attention and be carried out in - depth study. The source analysis showed that it existed new input of Lindane and dicofol in recent days. Health risk assessment of OCPs was analyzed by health risk model of U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA). The result showed that there was less risk to human health around Yaer lake during the sampling periods. However,in view of the occurrence characteristics of OCPs in soil and the extensive existence of OCPs in study area,it is much necessary to put forward the early warning and prevention around Yaer lake.
