摘要
为了解决应用物理学专业目前在招生、管理、就业等方面出现的问题,从学生状况、学校培养条件、毕业生就业3个方面进行问题分析,并从人才培养方案的修订、教学方法的革新、实践技能的提高及教学平台的建设4个方面提出建议,同时指出只有全面改善主、客观教学条件,完善实践教学体系,落实各项政策,才能实现省属地方高校应用物理学专业稳定、健康、可持续发展的既定目标。
In order to solve the problems existing in the enrollment, management and employment existing in the specialty of applied physics,the analysis has been made from the three aspects of the studentsrstudying situation,training conditions and the employment of graduates,and some suggestions have been put forward a- bout comprehensively, and some suggestions are put forward according to the modification of talent training scheme, the change of teaching methods, the improvement of practical skills as well as the construction of teaching platform. At the same time, it can practically realize the sustainable development of specialty of ap-plied physics only when the subjective and objective teaching conditions are improved thoroughly, and the practical teaching system are established and perfected as well as all the policies are implemented.
