摘要
纵观日本出版物国际交换业务的历史,交换载体的创新与交换协议的订立是日本国立国会图书馆国际交换业务沿革发展的重要特征。日本国立国会图书馆在推进日本本土文化的海外传播,协调国内相关行业科学发展方面具有积极意义。
Throughout Japan's history of international exchange of publications, the innovation of exchange carrier and the formulation of exchange agreement were important features of the development of international exchange of publications in the National Diet Library. The National Diet Library has a positive meaning in promoting overseas dissemination of Japanese culture, and coordinating scientific development of domestic related business.
