制备高硅钢的沉积扩散工艺

Deposition Diffusion Process for Preparing High Silicon Steel

摘要 高硅钢是一种磁性能优异的软磁合金,但其室温脆性严重影响了热加工性能,通过沉积扩散法可避开高硅钢常温下的脆性及低加工性能。评述了制备高硅钢的几种沉积扩散工艺,如电泳沉积、电子束物理气相沉积、激光熔覆、热浸和熔盐电沉积等方法。从沉积的反应原理、工艺条件以及硅钢性能等方面,概述了各种方法的优缺点和研究现状,并指出了今后的发展方向。 The high silicon steel is a kind of soft magnetic alloy with excellent magnetic properties. But its room-temperature brittleness seriously affects the thermal processing performance, and the brittleness at room temperature and low processing property of high silicon steel can be avoided by deposition diffusion method. Some kinds of deposition diffusion processes for preparing high silicon steel were illustrated, such as electrical phoretic deposition, electron beam physical vapor deposition, laser cladding, hot-dip and molten salt electro-deposition. The advantages,disadvantages and research statuses of various methods were summarized from the reaction principle of deposition, process conditions and properties of silicon steel, and the developing direction in the future was put forward.
