摘要
系统研究了新型紧固件用钛合金Ti45Nb的不同热处理温度和热加工变形等工艺参数对再结晶行为的影响。结果表明,随着热处理温度的提高,再结晶程度逐渐提高;随着变形量的加大,完全再结晶温度逐渐下降;对锻态试样,再结晶温度选择850℃;对热轧态的试样,再结晶温度选择800℃。
Influences of process parameters (different heat treatment temperatures and hot deformation) on recrystallization behavior of Ti45Nb titanium alloy were studied. The results show that with the increase of heat treatment temperature, recrystallization degree gradually increases; with increase of deformation, the full recrystallization temperature decreases gradually. For the specimen of forging state, the recrystaUization temperature selects 850 ℃ ; for hot-rolled specimens, the recrystallization temperature selects 800℃.
