摘要
清水混凝土以其节约工程成本、提高工程质量、改善企业管理水平等优点,自从20世纪90年代后期以来在技术研究及工程应用方面得到了长足发展。在清水混凝土质量控制措施方面取得了一些成果,但尚未形成体系,不利于对清水混凝土质量的系统控制。以济南轨道交通清水混凝土工程为依托,开展了清水混凝土原材、配合比、工作性能、生产工艺、施工环境、施工工艺、养护制度、修补措施等在内全过程质量控制方法的研究,形成了自主知识产权的清水混凝土质量控制体系。工程实践表明:清水混凝土质量控制体系可有效保证清水混凝土工程的施工质量。
With its saving project cost, improve the quality of engineering, improve enterprise management level, etc, fair-faced concrete got rapid development in the technology research and engineering application since the late 1990s.Some achievements have been made in the quality control measures of fair-faced concrete, but the system has not been formed, which is not conducive to the quality control of the fair-faced concrete.With the rail transport fair-faced concrete project as the backing,carried out the research of the whole process quality control method of fair-faced concrete, such as raw material, mixture, work performance, production technology, construction environment, the construction process, maintenance system and repair measures and so on, formed the quality control system of independent intellectual property rights of fair-faced concrete.The engineering practice shows that the quality control system of fair-faced concrete can effectively guarantee the construction quality of the fair-faced concrete.
