摘要
现代大学体制通过先进理念的传承与模式的传递,能够对二级学院管理起到优化与促进作用。目前,在现代大学体制构建过程中,二级学院存在管理秩序混乱、权责关系不清、运作机制不畅、人员素质不高的问题,直接导致管理效能低下。因此,亟需构建符合二级学院实情的现代管理制度;理清内部权责关系,强化组织内涵建设;以创新推动改革,发挥资源聚合作用;在实践中落实人才发展战略,提升管理人员素养。
The modern university system,through the advanced concept of inheritance and mode of transmission play a role in optimization and promotion of the management of the affiliated college. At present,in the process of constructing the modern university system,the affiliated colleges have the problems such as the disorder of management,the unclear relationship between power and responsibility,the poor operation mechanism and the low quality of personnel. Therefore,we need to construct the modern management system of the affiliated colleges;clarify the internal relationship between rights and responsibilities,strengthen the organization construction;promote the reform and innovation,give full play to the resource aggregation and the implementation of talent development strategy in practice,and improve the quality of administrative personnel.
