摘要
为满足一趟管柱分层试油联作及选择性投产作业工艺中的技术需求,研制了一种新型可反复开关投球滑套。介绍了可反复开关投球滑套的结构组成、工作原理以及主要技术参数,分析计算了投球滑套工具的关键元件,并对试验滑套进行高温环境下室内性能评价试验。试验结果表明,研制的可反复开关投球滑套在120℃高温环境下满足70 MPa密封承压性能,环空带压情况下可反复开关动作五次以上,为该滑套工具投入现场应用提供技术依据。
To meet the needs of single string running separate layer oil production test combination technology and selective production operation,the new type repeatable and switchable dropping sliding sleeve is developed. The structural composition,working principle as well as main technical parameters of the repeatable and switchable dropping sliding sleeve is introduced,the key component of dropping sliding sleeve tool is analyzed and calculated,and the experimental sliding sleeve is carried out indoor pressure bearing performance evaluation experiment in environment of high temperature. The experiment results show that the developed repeatable and switchable dropping sliding sleeve can meet the requirements of 70 MPa sealing pressure bearing performance in environment of 120℃ high temperature,repeated switching operation more than five times under the annulus pressure bearing,which provides the technical support and basis for the sliding sleeve tool to be put into field applications.
