摘要
为节省某终端电能消耗和减少原油燃烧耗费,充分回收利用该终端废热烟气和伴生气的热能,跟踪国内外废热回收技术的最新进展,分析比较几种废热回收技术各自的优缺点。结合某终端废热烟气和伴生气现状及其所需能耗分析,制定双效溴化锂机组对其低品位废热烟气和伴生气的回收利用方案,采用HYSYS软件模拟其工艺流程并进行热力计算,使其满足终端的夏季制冷和冬季供暖需求。结果表明:通过双效溴化锂机组的应用及对其工艺流程的改进,可充分利用废热烟气和伴生气的热能,充分节约电能和降低原油消耗,提高能源的整体利用效率,同时降低废热烟气和伴生气的热污染和能源浪费,减少二氧化碳的排放量,最终达到节能减排的目的。
In order to save the electric energy and reduce the cost of crude oil consumption and make full use of the waste heat of flue gas and associated gas in a terminal,the latest research progress of domestic and overseas study about waste heat recovery technology are tracked,and the advantages and disadvantages of several waste heat recovery methods are analyzed and compared.Combined with the status of waste heat of flue gas,associated gas and the analysis of energy consumption in a terminal,the low grade waste heat of flue gas and associated gas are recycled by double-effect lithium bromide unit.And the process is simulated by HYSYS software to make thermodynamic calculation meet the summer cooling and winter heating demands of the terminal buildings.The results show that through the application of double-effect lithium bromide unit and improvement of the process,electric energy and crude oil consumption can be saved and reduced remarkably by making full use of the waste heat of flue gas and associated gas.The unit can improve the overall energy utilization efficiency,reduce the thermal pollution and energy waste of the waste heat of flue gas and associated gas,reduce carbon dioxide emissions,and ultimately achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
