摘要
阐述了CO变换工艺技术的发展趋势,即主要集中在新型催化剂的开发、新型结构变换炉设计及相应的工艺流程设计上。新型变换催化剂的开发主要是通过载体改良或找到性能更优的助剂和活性物质,以及研制具有更小颗粒尺寸和更大比表面积的异形变换催化剂来完成;对于现代的大型化工装置,等温和轴径向结构变换炉的优势更为明显,未来的变换炉设计将会向着等温变换炉和轴径向变换炉的方向发展;对应的等温变换工艺技术将是变换工艺技术的主要发展趋势之一。
This article aims to elaborate on the developing trend of CO shift process technology that focuses on exploitation of new catalyst,new structure design of shift reactors and the corresponding process design.The author considers that the development of new types of catalyst comes from the carrier optimization,better promoters or active materials,or developing special shift catalysts with smaller particle size and bigger surface area.As to modern large-scale chemical equipment,the advantages of isothermal and axial-radial shift reactors are much obvious.These will be the developing directions of shift reactor's design.The corresponding isothermal shift process technology will be one of the main developing trends in shift technologies.
