滑刷连杆式导向装置的虚拟制造与运动仿真

摘要 针对滑刷连杆式导向装置生产制造过程中设计成本高、生产周期长和装配过程出现干涉等缺点,介绍了基于SolidWorks软件对装置进行虚拟装配及运动仿真的方法。根据零件结构特点完成了数字化模型设计、装配连接与干涉检查,借助Composer软件完成了装置关键运动的动画制作以展示其在虚拟状态下的运动特性,运用SolidWorks Motion模块进行运动分析,得到了导向装置运动仿真数据,验证装置合理性。结果表明:虚拟制造与运动仿真降低了生产成本,提高了设计效率。 In the light of the problems of high design cost, long production period and interference between the interacted parts of brush-linkage guiding device, the present paper introduces the virtual manufacturing and motion simulation method based on SolidWorks software. The three- dimensional digital model of all the parts and the final assembly are formed. On this basis, the Composer software is used for the production of the key animation movement in the guide process, which intuitively expresses the movement condition of the parts. In addition, motion analysis is conducted by applying SolidWorks Motion, the simulation data reasonable. The result shows that the method reduces production efficiency. are obtained and confirmed cost and improves design
