计及主客体因素的火电机组深度调峰补偿模型 被引量:14

摘要 现行的调峰辅助服务补偿机制在认定深度调峰时没有考虑火电机组的容量差异,补偿标准单一,因而未能很好地调动火电参与深度调峰的积极性。本文从调峰客体与调峰主体对调峰问题的影响出发,提出了计及调峰主体因素的基本调峰与深度调峰的划分方式,使不同容量的机组均有主动参与调峰的积极性,进而提出了计及调峰客体需求与调峰主体能力的深度调峰补偿模型,使补偿标准能够客观反映调峰需求的变化、深度调峰贡献电量能够体现机组调峰能力差异,从而提高机组参与深度调峰及提升自身调峰能力的积极性。算例分析表明了该深度调峰补偿模型的有效性。 The current compensation mechanism of peak load regulation auxiliary services can not sufficiently mobilize the enthusiasm of thermal power units to participate in deep peak load regulation because of neglecting the differences in thermal power units capacities and holding to single compensation standard. From the view of the influence of subjective and objective factors on peak load regulation, a method of dividing basic and deep peak load regulation considering subjective factors of peak load regulation is put forward to improve the enthusiasm of units with different capacities to participate in deep peak load regulation. Then a deep peak load regulation compensation model considering objective demand and subjective capability is proposed. In the proposed model, the compensation standard can objectively reflect the demand change of peak load regulation and the contribution energy of deep peak load regulation can reflect the differences of peak load regulation capability of units, which is effective for units to participate in deep peak load regulation and improve their capabilities of peak load regulation. The example analysis demonstrates the effectiveness of the compensation model.
