摘要
集团化办学体现了学校发展关系的新形态,对于集团化办学的模式研究有助于将复杂的组织间关系更好地类型化和典型化,以便于指导实践。依据集团化程度和组织间关系两个标准,将当前基础教育领域集团化办学分为八种模式,不同模式体现了集团化办学的不同情况和特点,没有优劣之分。并不存在最好的模式,而是适应的模式。从无意识合作的选择型和聚焦在具体事务合作的联盟型走向较高水平的集团化办学,需要不断追问和反思我们为什么要集团化办学;同时注重内部合法性与外部合法性兼顾,依据治理的思路进行权力的让渡与分配。
Grouped school-running is the new form of the relationship in school development.To study the models of grouped school-running could help us categorize and typify the inter-organizational relationship and guide our practices.According to degree of and inter-organizational relationship,eight models of grouped school-running in elementary education are proposed.Each model represents a unique feature and situation.There is no better and best model but the most adaptive one.If we want to reach a much higher level of grouped school-running model from cooperation by unconscious choice and cooperative union of practical matters,we should always reflect on why we begin to run schools in groups;and at the same time,we should pay attention to both internal and external legitimacy,and the transfer and distribution of power.
