节段预制胶接拼装梁预应力孔道接头装置研究 被引量:3

摘要 预应力混凝土节段预制拼装梁施工中,传统的预应力孔道直接拼接工艺,不能完全保证预应力孔道的密封性和预应力钢绞线的耐久性。本文结合节段拼装科研课题,利用新型材料设计一种孔道接头,并通过其成孔工艺和接头的密封性能试验,提出了合理有效的预应力孔道成孔施工工艺,研制出节段预制拼装梁预应力孔道接头成套产品。 In the construction of prior-stress concrete segment precast concrete beam,it can not completely guarantee the tightness of prior-stress channel and the durability of prior-stress steel strand by the traditional direct splicing technology.Based on the segment assembling scientific research topic,a new type of material is used to design a kind of channel joint,and through its hole forming process and the sealing property test of the joint. By the research findings,a reasonable and effective prior-stress hole forming process is put forward,and a prestressed hole joint product of the prefabricated assembly beam is developed.
