壳聚糖及其衍生物对土壤中重金属的稳定效果研究 被引量:5

EFFECTS OF CHITOSAN AND ITS DERIVATIVES ON STABILIZATION OF HEAVY METALS IN SOIL

摘要 以湖南某铅锌矿区重金属复合污染土壤为研究对象,分别采用羟丙基壳聚糖、羧甲基壳聚糖、异丁基壳聚糖、壳聚糖季铵盐、壳聚糖盐酸盐和壳聚糖作为稳定剂,对土壤中重金属Cu、Cr、Pb、Zn进行稳定化处理,并采用TCLP和BCR连续提取法对稳定化效果进行分析和评价。研究结果表明:羧甲基壳聚糖、异丁基壳聚糖和壳聚糖的稳定效果好于壳聚糖季铵盐、壳聚糖盐酸盐和羟丙基壳聚糖。其中,羧甲基壳聚糖稳定效果最好,当其投加量为9%时,对Cu、Cr、Pb、Zn的稳定化效率分别为92.29%、45.73%、63.12%和85.33%,且经稳定后重金属残渣态和可氧化态比例较高,是一种稳定效果较优的土壤重金属稳定剂。 Heavy metal contaminated soil in a lead zinc mine area in Hunan province, China was selected as the research ojbect. Hydroxyl ehitosan, carboxymethyl chitosan, isobutyl-chitosan, chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, chitosan hydrochloride and chitosan were selected as the stabilizer, to deal with the Cu, Cr, Pb, Zn in soil, and TCLP and BCR continuous extraction method were applied to analyze and evaluate the stabilization effect. The results showed that the stabilizing effect of carboxymethyl chitosan, isobutyl-chitosan and chitosan was better than that of ehitosan quaternary ammonium salt, chitosan hydrochloride and hydroxyl chitosan. Among these stabilizers, earboxymethyl chitosan was the best one. And when the dosage was 9% , the stabilizing efficiency of Cn, Cr, Pb, Zn was as high as 92.29% , 45.73% , 63. 12% , and 85.33% ; and after stabilization, the proportion of residual state and oxidation state of the heavy metals was high, indicating that carboxymethyl chitosun was an ideal soil heavy metal stabilizer.
