摘要
为了表明不同采摘期对杭白菊中主要有效成分含量的影响,确定最佳的采收时间,采集了杭白菊胎菊前期、胎菊后期、朵花前期和朵花后期4个时期的样品,采用苯酚硫酸法测定总糖的含量,以紫外可见光分光光度法测定黄酮类物质的含量以及通过高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸和木犀草苷的含量。结果表明,不同的采摘期对杭白菊中的有效成分有显著的影响,总糖含量在胎菊后期最高,胎菊前期次之;黄酮类物质的含量在胎菊前期最高,随着生长期呈现下降的趋势;绿原酸含量在胎菊后期最高,胎菊前期次之;木犀草苷的含量在整个采摘期无显著性差异。综合采摘期与有效成分之间的含量差异,杭白菊的最佳采收期应定在胎菊时期。
In order to show the effects of different harvesting time on the main effective components in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat and determine the best harvest time, we studied 4 kind of samples at different harvesting time including the early and late of "Taiju"(bud), the early and late of "Duohua"(blooming). Total sugar content in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat was measured by Pheholvitriol. The content of flavonoids was analyzed by UV-Vis spectrophotometry. Chlorogenic acid and luteolin-7-O-glucoside was measured by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The results indicated that the effect of different harvesting time was significant on the content of effective components in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. The total sugar content as well as chlorogenic acid content was highest in the late of bud and the early of bud followed; the content of flavonoids was maximum in the early of bud, and descended as the growth time defered; and there was no significant effect on the content of luteolin-7-O-glucoside during the whole harvesting time. Synthesizing the difference between harvesting time and the content of effective components, the optimal harvesting time of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat was the time of bud.
