摘要 目的了解乡村医生基本公共卫生服务(BPHS)项目工作现状和满意度,分析影响因素。方法 2016年6~7月随机抽取涡阳县500名乡村医生进行问卷调查,调查乡村医生的BPHS项目工作现状及满意度。结果 85.10%的乡村医生与辖区居民医患关系改善,65.32%的乡村医生获得较好的工作满足感,村医和乡医BPHS工作现状满意率分别为74.80%和46.30%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=25.28,P<0.05)。个人工作满足感、收入和机构类别是影响满意度的主要因素(OR=8.16,95%CI:4.52~14.74;OR=0.50,95%CI:0.31~0.81;OR=2.26,95%CI:1.29~3.96)。结论引导大学生到基层就业,加快全科医师制度建设,完善体现自我价值为核心的工作模式,推广团队服务,绩效考核奖惩约束机制亟待完善。 Objective To understand the status quo and satisfaction of the Basic Public Health Service in rural doctors, and to analyze the influencing factors.Methods From June to July, 2016, 500 rural doctors in Guoyang were randomly selected to investigate the status quoand satisfaction of the Basic Public Health Service.Results The relationship between 85.10% of rural doctors and residents in the area was improved,65.32% of rural doctors obtained much more job satisfaction, and the satisfaction rate of township-hospitaldoctors and village doctors was 46.30% and 74.80%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=25.28, P〈0.05).Job satisfaction, income and institutional category were the main factors influencing the satisfaction degree (OR=8.16,95%CI:4.52~14.74;OR=0.50,95%CI:0.31~0.81;OR=2.26,95%CI:1.29~3.96).Conclusion It is necessary to guide the college students to get jobs in the grassroots, speed up the construction of the general practitioner system, perfect the work mode which embodies the self value as the core, promote the team service, and performance appraisal rewards and punishment constraint mechanism needs to be improvedas well.
