摘要
介绍了差式扫描量热仪(DSC)的基本工作原理,结合复叠式制冷循环系统,分析了DSC设备程序温控的主要问题及低温工况的实现条件,进而开发了以复叠式循环为冷源的DSC系统,以实现常规制冷系统无法达到的低温测试工况,扩展了DSC的应用范围。
This paper introduced the basic working principle of Differential Scanning Calorimeter( DSC),combining with the cascade refrigeration cycle system,analyzed the main contents of DSC device program temperature control and the implementation condition under low temperature condition,then developed the DSC system taking cascade cycle as cold source,to achieve the low temperature test conditions of constant regulation cooling system could not be achieved,extended the application scope of DSC.
