摘要
浦东电气股份有限公司是上海浦东第一家电力公司,其起步阶段可以有效反映浦东近代电力事业的起步情况。笔者从公司注册和订购变压器问题两个方面分析了创办初期的曲折,从随后的1921年业绩方面分析该公司的经济表现,初步认为:浦东近代电力事业的起步较为困难,但很快步入正轨,并思考了对当下的启示。
The early phase of Pootung Electric Supply Co. could effectively reflect the early phase of the electric business of Pudong. The author analyses the economical performance of the company from two parts, then reaches a elementary conclusion ： The early phase of the electric business in Pudong was difficult,but put back in order soon.
