摘要 超声波除垢主要是利用超声波强声场处理流体,使流体中成垢物质在超声场作用下,其物理形态发生一系列变化,使之分散、粉碎、松散、松脱而不易附着管壁形成积垢,从而达到除垢、防垢的目的。对原油管道上的锅炉进行相关测试的结果表明,应用超声波除垢防垢技术能实现锅炉在线防除垢,提升了锅炉的热效率,节约了能源,经济效益和社会效益十分显著。 Ultrasonic descaling is a technology for processing liquid by ultrasonic,scaling substances in the liquid is processed by ultrasonic field,so that the physical properties has a series of changes,including dispersing,crushing,loose and not easy adherent wall fouling,so as to achieve the purpose of anti scaling. By testing,the boiler of the oil pipeline. The results showed that the application of ultrasonic antiscale technology can realize the boiler descaling online and enhance the thermal efficiency. Because this technique used,not only savingthe energy,but also the economic and social benefits are very significant.
