摘要
社会主义核心价值观是大学校园文化建设的灵魂。以社会主义核心价值观引领大学校园文化建设有三大路径:一是立德树人,实施德育细化工程,夯实校园行为文化基础;二是建章立制,实施管理规范工程,夯实校园制度文化基础;三是润物无声,实施文化育人工程,夯实校园物质、精神文化基础。实施"三大工程"还需要物质、制度和宣传三大保障机制,以此实现大学人才培养职能,立德以树人。
SocialistCore values is the soul of campuscultural construction. And three approaches are the prerequisite for core socialist values to guide the campus＇ cultural construction. The first one is setting virtues to cultivate college students, namely, the moral education which consolidates campus＇behavioral culture;Secondly, formulating rules and regulations is to set up the management standard so as to consolidate campus＇institutional eulture; The third one is nurturing students imperceptibly which means cultivating students by campus culture in order to consolidate campus＇ material and spiritual cul- ture. Such three approaches also require three ensuring mechanism which are material, system and publicity. The three ensuring mechanism could guarantee that college education is targeted at talents-training and virtues-nurturing.
