大口径管材在线相控阵超声探伤的工艺设计 被引量:2

摘要 大口径管材探伤要求横向缺陷、纵向缺陷以及分层缺陷100%全检测。采用常规超声检测时,除了检测效率较低,机械调节复杂外,对于横向缺陷的检测也存在漏检的可能。相控阵技术通过控制阵元间的不同发射接收延时,实现超声波波束的聚焦偏转以及电子扫查等功能,大大提高了管材检测的缺陷检出率及检测效率。描述了不同类型缺陷的相控阵探伤工艺设置,完成了采用相控阵系统在大口径管材自动化在线探伤系统的设计。 The requirements for the inspection of the large diameter tube are 100% full detection for the whole pipe,which includes the transverse defect,the longitudinal defect and the lay defect. Using the conventional ultrasonic testing,the detecting efficiency is low,the mechanical adjustments are complicated and the risk of missing the transverse defect is existed. Through the phased array technology,the different array delay time can be controlled,which realizes the focusing deflection and electronic scanning of the ultrasonic beam. Thus,the defect inspection rate and the testing efficiency of the tube detection have been significantly improved. The settings of the phase array detection technology for different types of defects are introduced,and the process design of the on-line automatic inspection of the large diameter tube using the phased array is completed.
