摘要
钩吻为马钱科胡蔓藤属植物胡蔓藤的全株,主要化学成分为吲哚类或氧化吲哚类生物碱,是其发挥药理活性和产生毒性的主要来源。由于钩吻的治疗量与中毒量相近,因使用不当、自杀或者恶意投毒等原因造成钩吻中毒的事件时有发生,临床上对人的消化系统、神经系统、循环和呼吸系统造成不同程度的损害,严重者最终因呼吸麻痹而死亡。因此,通过结合国内外研究现状,归纳总结了钩吻的化学成分、毒理学、药物动力学和检测方法等方面的内容,以期为钩吻中毒的法医学鉴定和临床诊治提供参考和帮助。
Gelsemium elegans is a herbaceous plant in the loganiaceae family and is extremely toxic. It contains complex chemical substances and has rich indole alkaloids or oxindole alkaloids, which are the main source of pharmacological effects and high toxicity. In addition, the therapeutic dose of gelsemium elegans is close to its toxic dose. Cases of Gelsemium elegans poisoning because of misuse, suicide and poisoning have been reported now and then. It is harmful to human digestive system, nervous system, circulatory system and respiratory system. The person who is severely poisoned will die from respiratory paralysis eventually. According to researches at home and abroad, this paper reviewed the studies of Gelsemium elegans's chemical composition, toxicology, pharma-cokinetics and analyzing methods, providing reference for the forensic identification and clinical diagnosis and treatment of Gelsemium elegans poisoning.
