摘要
目的探讨利培酮和奥氮平对不同性别精神分裂症患者甲状腺激素水平的影响。方法将86例精神分裂症患者随机分成服用利培酮和奥氮平两组,其中利培酮组43例,使用剂量范围为1日4~6mg。奥氮平组43例,使用剂量范围为1日12.5~20mg。两组的年龄、男女性别比均无显著性差异(P>0.05),均为中国汉族人。两组患者均在用药前及用药4周末测定促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)及血清游离甲状腺素(FT4)水平。结果利培酮及奥氮平组在治疗后均有FT3及FT4的下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组对FT3及FT4的影响大小无显著差异(P>0.05)。利培酮组及奥氮平组不同性别间甲状腺功能的变化无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论利培酮及奥氮平均会引起FT3及FT4等甲状腺功能指标的下降,与性别无明显关系。
OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of risperidone and olanzapine on thyroid function of different sex schizophrenia patients. METHODS Eighty-six patients of schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups. The risperidone group consist of 43 cases, using doses in the range of 4 -6mg ·d-1 ;the olanzapine group consist of 43 cases ,using doses in the range of 12.5 - 20mg· d-1. The patients in the two groups had no difference in age,sex(P 〉 0.05 ),all of the patients were Han people. Test free three triiodothyronine (FT3),free thyroxine (FF4) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) level before treatment and fourth weekend. RESULTS The levels of FT3, FT4 decreased significantly after treatment with risperidone and olanzapine. There were no significant differ- ence in influence between two groups. The influence of FT3, FF4, TSH was not significantly different between males and females in both risperidone and olanzapine groups. CONCLUSION Risperidone and olanzapine can decrease FT3, FT4 level, with no difference between male and female.
