用于游梁式抽油机电动机系统能耗分析的实用模型 被引量:12

Practical Model for Energy Consumption Analysis of Beam Pumping Units and Motor Systems

摘要 受变工况动态负荷及复杂机械环节等多种因素影响,游梁式抽油机电动机系统能耗准确分析长期以来都是油田采油系统节能技术研究面临的难点问题。针对这一问题,以电流、电压、磁链方程为基础,推导出计及铁耗的电机标准形式微分方程,进一步结合曲柄轴运动方程及抽油杆波动方程,建立了用于抽油机电动机系统能耗分析的实用模型,可用于分析不同负荷大小及动态变化、平衡配重情况、抽油杆摩擦及井下动液面等多种电气及机械因素对系统能耗的影响。以一台驱动12型抽油机的37k W电机系统为例,利用文中损耗实用模型研究了电机各项损耗随井下动液面及平衡度的变化规律;通过与抽油机标准井测试平台的监测数据进行对比,验证了文中模型的正确性和实用性;进一步利用文中模型分析得出油田常见典型负荷条件下电机各项损耗的分布情况,揭示了铁耗在总损耗中所占比例可达50%以上,将这一理论成果应用于油田现场,实测节电率可达5%~15%。 Due to multiple factors such as variable operation model, dynamic load and complex mechanical link, it is always the difficult probiem to precise!y analyze the characteristics of the energy consumption of beam pumping motor systems (BPMs), in development of energy approaches in oil production systems. To solve this problem, this paper firstly deduced the standard differential equations of electric motors based on voltage, current and flux linkage equations, and then the practical model for energy consumption for BPMs was established by combining the crank movement equation and wave equations of sucker rod. With this practical model, the influence of electrical and mechanic factors on the loss characteristics of BPMs can be analyzed directly, including dynamic load and different load conditions, counterbalance, friction of sucker rod and dynamic liquid levels, and so on. Taking a 12# BPM driven by a 37kW induction motor as an example, the motor loss characteristics varying with different dynamic liquid levels and balance degrees were studied, and the correctness and validation was verified by comparison of the measured data by a standard oil well. In addition, the distribution characteristics of each loss term, under typical load conditions in oil filed, was analyzed and obtained by the presented model; it is revealed that.theproportion of iron losses is more than 50% of the total motor losses, the related theoretical results are also applied and the energy saving ratio is in the range of 5%~15% in oil field.
