摘要
对高等学校大学生全面实施素质教育是我国教育方针的要求,音乐教育是人的基本素质教育内容之一,现代音乐治疗的实践证明,音乐教育能促进大学生身心健康发展。选择适当的音乐教育方式和内容,认真实施,是促进大学生提高综合素质的有效手段。
The full implementation of quality education to Chinese college students is the basic requirement of the education policy of China. Music education is a key element of the basic quality education. The modem music therapy has proved that music education can promote the development of college students＇ physical and mental health. The appropriate content of music education and its efficient implementation method are good means for improving the comprehensive quality of college students.
