摘要
犬肾衰竭是由犬的各种肾脏疾病引起的,后期可导致肾功能的部分或者全部丧失的一种病理状态。2017年4月黑龙江八一农垦大学动物医院接收一只慢性肾衰竭的病犬。对其进行临床检查、实验室血常规、生化及血气、尿液、血涂片、T4检查和X线检查,确诊为该犬患有肾衰竭和白内障。经过保守治疗,犬预后良好。患有慢性肾衰竭的病犬红细胞比容和血红蛋白数目显著减少。血尿素氮、肌酐含量显著升高。影像学检查可见肾区有明显病变。本文将其进行归纳总结,为今后犬肾衰竭的临床诊治提供良好的依据。
Canine renal failure is caused by a variety of kidney disease in dogs, late may lead to partial or total loss of renal function of a pathological state. April 2017 Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University Animal Hospital to receive a chronic kidney failure of the dog. The clini- cal examination, laboratory blood, biochemical and blood gas, urine, blood smear, T4 examination and X-ray examination confirmed that the dog suffering from renal failure and cataract. After con- servative treatment, the dog has a good prognosis. The number of hematocrit and hemoglobin in dogs with chronic renal failure was significantly reduced. Blood urea nitrogen, creatinine con- tent was significantly increased. Imaging examination showed significant lesions in the kidney ar- ea. This article summarizes it and provides a good basis for the future diagnosis and treatment of renal failure in dogs.
