摘要
目的研究分析维参锌胶囊修复不育症患者精子DNA损伤的效果。方法将我院2016年1~12月收治的60例不育症患者分组,治疗组口服维参锌胶囊治疗,对照组口服维生素E治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗组患者精子碎片指数(DFI)为(19.3±2.0),显著低于对照组的(26.5±4.8),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论维参锌胶囊能够有效改善不育症患者精子质量,修复精子DNA损伤,建议推广使用。
Objective To explore and analyze of the effect compound ginseng and vitamin E capsules in repairation of DNA damage in sperm of infertile men. Methods 60 cases of infertility cured in our hospital from January to December 2016 were divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in treatment group were treated with oral compound ginseng and vitamin E capsules,and patients in control group were treated with oral vitamin E.Curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results The sperm fragmentation index （DFI） in treatment group was （19.3 ± 2.0）,which was lower than that of control group with （26.5 ± 4.8）,and the difference has statistical significance （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Compound ginseng and vitamin E capsules can effectively improve the quality of sperm in infertile patients, and repair sperm DNA damage.It is recommended use.
