摘要 工业风机根据气体进入叶道的方向不同可以分为轴流式、离心式和混流式三种。离心风机应用最为广泛,其性能的提升对节约能源具有重大的意义。主要对离心风机的研究进展进行综合评述。介绍了离心风机叶轮、蜗壳、集流器三大主要部件以及每个部件的国内外研究进展。分析了各个部件对风机性能的影响,阐明了不同优化方法对离心风机性能的提升效果。论述了激光增材制造技术和相似原理在离心风机设计制造中的应用,并从市场需求的角度对离心风机优化设计技术愿景进行了展望。 Industrial fans can be commonly classified as three types based on the air flow direction into the blade, including axial flow type, centrifugal type and mixed flow type, and centrifugal type fan is the most popular one. The performance improvement of centrifugal type fan is significant for energy saving. In our pa- per, we mainly review the literatures on centrifugal type fan, and its three main components:impeller, volute and current collector are introduced. We also analyze the performance influences of each component and clarify the effect of different optimization methods. Additionally, the applications of laser additive manufac- turing technology and similar principle are described in the design and manufacture. Finally, we try to predict the future of centrifugal type fan optimal design technology from the perspective of market demand.
