摘要
目的探究新型溶血素与传统溶血素在临床血常规检验中的应用效果。方法选取2015年12月至2016年12月本院体检且最终结果为正常的96例健康体检者,并以随机方式分成两组,每组48例,分别采集两组研究对象的血液样本,使用新型溶血素为观察组血液样本进行血常规检验,同时使用传统溶血素为对照组血液样本进行血常规检验,比较最终检验结果。结果与对照组健康体检者血常规检验中白细胞以及血小板数值相比,观察组研究对象结果无明显差异(P>0.05),但是观察组患者红细胞数值为(139.7±3.6)g/L,明显高于对照组患者红细胞数值为(120.1±4.3)g/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用新型溶血素进行血常规检验时,PLT、RBC以及WBC的检验结果与传统溶血素结果相同,但使用新型溶血素测定的血红蛋白数值出现偏高的情况,由于测量误差可以通过调整因数值的方式进行纠正,因此从多角度进行考虑,在临床血常规检验中使用新型溶血素优势更大。
Objective To compare the applicative effects of novel hemolysin and traditional hemolysin in blood routine examination.Methods A total of 96 subjects who had physical examination in our hospital during Dec.2015 and Dec.2016 and whose results were normal were enrolled.The subjects were randomly divided into 2groups,observation group(n=48)and control group(n=48).In the observation group,novel hemolysin was used for blood routine examination,while in the control group,traditional hemolysin was used.The results of the two groups were compared.Results There were no statistical differences in leukocytes and platelets between the two groups(P〈0.05).The control group had higher erythrocyte count than the control group(139.7±3.6 g/L,120.1±4.3 g/L,P〈0.05).Conclusions The erythrocyte count tends to be higher when novel hemolysin is used in blood routine examination.As the measuring error can be corrected by adjusting the factor value,novel hemolysin is advantageous in blood routine examination.
