摘要
【目的】研究了不同繁殖方式、不同生长年限的云南重楼生长发育特性和皂苷含量变化规律。【方法】每年3-10月观察种子繁殖和根状茎切段繁殖的云南重楼植株生长发育状况,并定期取样分析,测定不同部位的形态特征及皂苷含量。【结果】1~2年生根状茎切段苗和1~4年生实生苗为营养生长期,叶片数、叶面积、株高变化较大;实生苗第5年,根状茎切段苗第3年开始进入生殖生长期,开花结果后,叶片数、叶面积、株高、开花率、出苗时间、倒苗时间逐年趋向稳定。根状茎大小、生长量和皂苷含量随着生长年限逐年稳步增长。第8年的实生苗成年植株根状茎大小(L×D)为4.0~10 cm×2.5~7 cm,重量为15~60.0 g;根状茎切段苗成年植株大小(L×D)为4~10 cm×2.5~7 cm,重量为50~100 g。【结论】1~8年生长期间,云南重楼切段苗地下根茎生长量为实生苗的2倍以上,植株个体间生长量差异较大。根状茎切段苗第5年、实生苗第6年药用部位皂苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ总含量可达药典标准,8年生云南重楼皂苷含量可达药典标准2倍以上。
[ Objective ] This study researched the growth characteristics and saponin content of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis of different propagation methods and different ages. [ Method] From March to October each year, we observed growth characteristics of Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis propagated by seeds and rhizome cutting, and took periodic samples to measure the morphological characteristics of different pans, and then carried out determination of saponin content. [ Result ] 1 - 2 years rhizome cutting and 1 - 4 years seedlings belong to vegeta- tive growth stage, meanwhile the leaf number, leaf area, plant height changed greatly. 5-year-old seedlings and 3-year-old rhizome cutting begin to be in the reproductive stage. After flowering, the leaf number, leaf area, plant height, flowering rate, emergence time, flowering time, wilting time tend to stabilize year by year. Rhizome size, biomass values and saponin content are increased steadily with age. Rhizo- mes size of 8-year-old Paris polyphylla var. yunnanensis propagated by seeds is 4.0 - 10 cm ~ 2.5 - 7 cm and biomass mass is 15 - 60.0 g; Rhizomes size of 8-year-old Paris polyphyUa var. yunnanensis propagated by rhizome cutting is 4 - 10 cm x 2.5 - 7cm and biomass mass is 50 - 100 g. [ Conclusion] During 1 -8 years growing period, rhizomes biomass mass of rhizome cutting is 2 times more than that of seed- ling, and there is a great difference among individuals. Summation of saponin I , 11 , VI, VII of 6-year-old seedlings and 5-year-old rhizome cutting can reach national pharmacopoeia standard. Saponin content of 8-year-old Paris polyphyUa var. yunnanensis is up to 2 times more than pharmacopoeia standard.
