摘要
新型抑制反射裂缝GSOG沥青混合料采用石灰石作为粗集料,掺入胶粉,并采用70号基质沥青替代原90号沥青;由于材料组成的变化,其碾压工艺将随之变化,制定合理的施工方案是该新技术能够成功应用于工程实践中的关键。借助旋转压实仪器,对比常规GSOG和新型GSOG沥青混合料试件(石灰石作为粗集料的混合料)达到规定高度所需的压实遍数,制定了新型GSOG沥青混合料的三种试验段碾压方案,并通过试验段路面质量验收结果和芯样断面观察等手段,对比分析选出最优的碾压方案,并证实了将石灰石作为粗集料应用在高粘度间断半开级配沥青混合料中可行性。
The new anti-reflection crack gap semi-open gradation(GSOG)asphalt mixture is composed of the limestone as coarse aggregate,the added rubber powder and the 70# matrix asphalt instead of the 90# asphalt.Due to changes in material composition,its rolling compaction technology will change accordingly.The formulation of a reasonable construction scheme is the key to apply this new technology successfully in the engineering practice.By the means of the gyratory compactor,the article compares the compaction times of the conventional GSOG and new GSOG asphalt mixture specimens(limestone as coarse aggregate of mixture)to reach the specified height,introduces three test sections of rolling compaction schemes of new GSOG asphalt mixture,analyzes and selects the optimal rolling compaction scheme by the means of pavement quality acceptance check result in test sections and the observation of core sample section,and proves the feasibility of using limestone as coarse aggregate in high viscosity GSOG asphalt mixture.
